This is based on a customer with a typical annual average electricity consumption of 3,300kWh and gas consumption of 16,500kWh (coming into effect on 17th January 2011) and includes the annual dual fuel direct debit discount. If you have been paying your energy bills by Direct Debit, you agree that we may also take this fee by Direct Debit. Ofgem's previous medium user consumption figure for gas was 20,500 kWh.
